  Allen Halstead - Associate Broker

Allen is licensed to provide residential and commercial real estate sales service in New York and Massachusetts He is a native of Columbia County and has lived and worked in Columbia County and the Albany/Capital Region of New York State.   Donna Carlucci - Licensed Salesperson

Before joining with VantgagePoint Realty as a real estate agent, Donna Carlucci worked for many years with the Columbia Land Conservancy, which protects open space in the Hudson Valley region, and then served as a legal administrator, paralegal, and real estate closing coordinator for a law firm in Hudson, New York. As an independent consultant she has also trained business professionals throughout Columbia County in the operation of financial and other business software. Barbara Schaefer - Sales Associate

As well as joining with VantgagePoint Realty as a Real Estate Salesperson, Barb Schafer has been employed by Verizon in the Berkshires since 1992 as an Installation & Repair Technician, Splice Technician and is currently a Central Office Technician. Barb has lived in The Berkshires Canaan & New Lebanon for that for the past 20 years. She holds a Salesperson License in both Massachusetts and New York States to be able to assist in transactions for people who are on the border. Barb volunteers her time with the Girl Scouts and is currently a Brownie Troop leader. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, ages 7 & 9 and 3 dogs, and enjoys camping, gardening, hiking, snowshoeing and scrapbooking.
