Stephanie Samuelsohn -Principal Broker
Before coming to Columbia County over two decades ago, Stephanie Samuelsohn enjoyed success in whatever endeavors she attempted. Spending time on Broadway as a singer/dancer, showbiz is still in her blood. Next, a unique project, the first commercial indoor tennis club on the east coast. After 26 years and unparalleled respect in the tennis industry, mainly from her deep understanding of the importance of personalized service and attention to detail, she decided that Columbia County and the Berkshires was always where she wanted to be.

Stephanie brings her skills for service and dedication to her real estate career. She offers her tireless energy and devotion to her clients in a way that amazes even her colleagues. Well respected in the local community as a businesswoman, she is an active member of the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors.

Audre Higbee - Associate Broker

Previous to being an Associate Broker, Audre directed Human Resources for an International Advertising Agency. Then, falling in love with Columbia County, she relocated from Manhattan. After remodeing many historic homes and a lifelong love of architecture, Real Estate was a natural transition.

Audre's knowledge of and vision for properties allows her to assist both Buyers and Sellers in the resiential market. "Whether making a primary or secondary home purchase, my goal is finding the home that best fulfills your dreams."

Susan Wendelboe - Associate Broker

Susan Wendelboe was born and raised in England. After graduating from high school, she moved to Switzerland for several years, where she obtained her hotel certificate. After travelling to different parts of the world, Susan arrived in New York, where she worked at The British American Chamber of Commerce and attended Fordham University at Lincoln Center. In 1973, she and her family bought a weekend house in Columbia County and in 1997 decided to leave the city and make Old Chatham their full time residence.

Allen Halstead - Associate Broker
